He comes with a strong academic qualification of DHMCT, MTM & Mphil from leading universities.

P Chithar Bohar, MTM., DHMCT., AHMA., comes with a good background of working as Executive Chef in ITC, Le Meridian and various leading chain of Hotels in the country. With his profile many hotels still offer him various positions in Food Production but because of his passion to serve the Rural Students he opted to join hands with Sairam Institute to enhance the Rural talent.

H Venkatesan, DHMCT., MTM., comes with the background of serving leading hotels in India and Costa Cruise Liners, Italy over a decade. He also served in Administrative areas in Catering institutes. His passion is to part his knowledge in F & B Service to the Rural community of India. With his guidance Students from Sairam Institute is able to deliver International standards wherever they go.

P Sudhakar, DHMCT., comes with a good knowledge in Food Production and Nutrition. He served as an HOD in a Rural institute over a decade and also worked in Food Production department in various leading hotels in Tamil Nadu. He is passionate in uplifting the carrier of Rural Students and always motivated them to a better carrier.

K Arunkumar, DHMCT., comes with the Front Office background by serving various hotels across Tamil Nadu. He is also experienced in Tourism by way serving leading Tour companies in State. He is the CEO of Getaway Tours and successfully conducting Tours across the country.
